devcounsels provides:

• Legal consultations and documentation review for tech founders and product teams (“Services”).
• Digital info products such as courses, templates, guides (“Digital Products”).
• Branded merchandise and kits (“Physical Goods”).

4. Fees

Fees for Services, Digital Products, and Physical Goods are set out on devcounsels. All fees are non-negotiable.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request a refund of Service fees within 7 days of purchase if no substantive advice or deliverables have been provided. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 30 days. Clients may also opt to transfer their Service booking to another date or team member at no extra cost.

5.2 Digital Products

Due to the immediate access to content, Digital Products are final sale. No refunds are offered unless technical failures prevent access, in which case we will restore access or issue a refund at our discretion.

5.3 Physical Goods

Physical Goods may be sent back within 14 days of delivery in their original condition. Customers must contact us via contact form to arrange shipment back to us. Once the items arrive and pass inspection, we will issue a refund via the original payment method within 30 days. Shipping costs are not eligible for refund.

6. No-Refund Services

Certain premium Services such as seat reservations for exclusive workshops and personalized coaching packages are explicitly non-refundable due to resource allocation and scheduling commitments. This policy ensures fairness to all participants and secures vendor arrangements.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on devcounsels and become effective 14 days after posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
